• Account information: the email address used to sign in, along with your brand name and display details.
• Content data: the topics, article drafts, hero images, and the brand materials and knowledge base you share with us so our team and engine can write in your voice.
• Monitoring data: to report on your visibility we collect search rankings for the queries we track for you, the answers AI assistants give to prompts about your category (and whether they cite you), crawler visits to your hosted blog, and — only when you connect them — your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
• Usage and log data: technical logs generated to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Billing information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and improve the service: generating content, sending sign-in links and notification emails, processing subscriptions, and keeping accounts and the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

To provide the service, we share only the data necessary with the following providers: AI model providers for drafting, analysis, and image generation — Anthropic (accessed through Amazon Web Services), DeepSeek, Google (Gemini), and MiniMax; OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google for the AI-assistant visibility probes we run about your category; DataForSEO for search-ranking data; Google APIs for Search Console and Analytics data you connect; the WeChat, Facebook, and Instagram platforms and your connected WordPress site for publishing; Stripe for payments; Resend for sending email; and Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data retention and security

We retain data for as long as you use the service and as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access isolation) to protect your information.
