Welcome to WeBreeze. The service is provided by Neurons and Hearts, Inc (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using WeBreeze you agree to the terms below.

The service

WeBreeze is a human-led, AI-powered content agency for business clients. Under an agency plan, our team plans your content, produces articles with the help of our AI content engine, reviews every article before delivery, publishes to your hosted blog or connected website, prepares and posts social syndication, and monitors your search and AI-assistant visibility. Some legacy and individual accounts use the underlying software on a self-serve basis; where these terms refer to editorial review and deliverables, they apply to agency plans.

Plans, deliverables and the review guarantee

Each agency plan includes a monthly allowance of articles, each published in the number of languages the plan covers, together with the strategy, reporting, and review commitments described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Every article is reviewed by our editors before delivery. If you are not satisfied with an article we will revise it until you approve it; an article you never approve does not count against your monthly allowance. Unused articles do not roll over to the following month.

We do not guarantee search rankings, that your content will be cited by AI assistants, traffic, leads, or any other business outcome. Our monitoring and reporting describe what we observe; they are not a promise of results.

Accounts and sign-in

WeBreeze uses one-time email-link sign-in. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should keep your sign-in email and links secure. Accounts are for onboarded clients only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, and not to generate or publish material that violates the rules of any platform it is published to (such as WeChat Official Accounts, Facebook, Instagram, or your WordPress host), infringes others’ rights, or is false or misleading. You are responsible for content published through WeBreeze.

Third-party platforms and publishing decisions

Platform screening and warnings provided by WeBreeze are automated risk-checking aids. They are not legal advice, do not represent approval by any third-party platform, and do not guarantee that content will be accepted or comply with current platform rules. Platform rules and account-qualification requirements may change, and automated checks may not identify every issue.

Articles delivered under an agency plan are reviewed by our editors, but only you can verify facts about your business — prices, offers, qualifications, certifications, and similar claims. You are responsible for confirming those before approval. You retain final approval of what is published under your name, including to Xiaohongshu or any other third-party platform, and are responsible for content published by or on behalf of your organization.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and payments are processed by Stripe. Agency plans are month-to-month with no setup fee; they renew automatically each cycle and do not include a free trial. You may cancel at any time through the account management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Enterprise engagements are priced and scoped by written agreement.

Content ownership

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content generated for you through WeBreeze. You grant us the rights necessary to process and store that content in order to provide the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Content is drafted with AI and, under agency plans, reviewed by our editors; it may still contain inaccuracies, particularly in facts about your business that only you can verify. Your remedy for an unsatisfactory article is the revision-until-approval commitment above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
