WeBreeze Customer Guide
Use this guide to connect your accounts, set up your blog, share your knowledge base, and review and publish content.
The login link is valid for 24 hours. After logging in, you usually do not need to log in again for 30 days.
Automatic Facebook/Instagram publishing depends on Meta/Facebook approval. Until then, WeBreeze can still generate content for review and manual publishing.
This optional step sends blog data to your own Google accounts. WeBreeze may also track hosted-blog performance internally, but that is handled for you and does not require any setup.
Use Search Console to prove to Google that you own or manage the blog, then monitor how the blog appears in Google Search.
Use Google Analytics if you want blog traffic to appear in your own GA4 property.
G-XXXXXXXXXX.There are two good ways to build your knowledge base:
WeBreeze will share a Google Drive folder for your account, named {{tenant_name}} Raw Material. Add your knowledge base files to this folder.
Materials can be text or graphics, such as documents, notes, PDFs, web pages, screenshots, images, brochures, and past posts. Voice and video files are not supported yet.
The folder does not need to be perfectly organized. It is okay if files overlap, repeat information, or are rough working materials.
LLM search questions and audience segmentation are very useful. Add questions your customers might ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity when looking for a service like yours. Also describe your main audience groups, such as first-time buyers, families, business owners, high-income clients, local customers, or returning customers.
Xiaohongshu support is still experimental, so results may need more manual review and adjustment.
Automatic Facebook/Instagram publishing can be enabled once Meta/Facebook approval is complete.
WeBreeze’s XHS screening is a risk-checking aid, not legal advice or approval by Xiaohongshu. Platform rules and account-qualification requirements can change, and automated checks may not identify every issue.
Do not treat an automated screening result as a guarantee that content is compliant, safe, accepted, or approved.
